Project Manager at Tradewinds

Matt Sisco

With over 35 years of experience in leadership, management, and customer service, along with nearly 13 years in residential construction, Matt brings strong organization, communication, and industry knowledge to the Tradewinds team. Currently serving as a Project Manager with Tradewinds, Matt joined the team in 2026 and quickly became an integral part of field operations.

Much of Matt’s construction experience has been focused on residential and custom home projects throughout the Treasure Valley, where he has helped guide projects from planning through completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality and client satisfaction

Matt’s extensive understanding of the construction process allows him to clearly communicate with homeowners and provide guidance throughout every stage of the build. He works to ensure clients feel informed and confident as their homes take shape. Matt’s day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating project activities, maintaining detailed job records, managing change orders, monitoring schedules, and providing a high level of customer service.

Outside of work Matt enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly hunting, fishing, and boating. These activities reflect his appreciation for nature and provide a rewarding balance to his professional life.
